MDV3D was contracted to illustrate the ‘Ganrdwood by Zorzi’ Aspire Range. These designs were the from the very talented and architecturally passionate Gary Maddison. The brief for the homes was to supply them as conceptual rather than photographic. If an image is too photo-real it can sometimes work against it as a client may think they will be getting exactly what they see. Having 3d models as conceptual means there will be room for editing and improvements upon the design.
